Hello children. It's nice to speak to you again. I'm sitting in Auckland in the Qantas Club lounge being very noisy and typing loudly for all the fancy businesspeople to hear me. Aren't I mean? :) So anyway i'm almost home from my nice holiday. The flight is in two and a half hours and I shall be home by about 8ish. It all really depends on the time of the shuttle and all those silly things. So would you like to know about my holiday? Well I barely remember what we've done so far but let me try and give you the low-down.
Arrived in Christchurch at about midday. Grabbed a shuttle to the car rental place and grabbed our car. Twas nice. Went straight to the motel, the Camelot. Absolutely gorgeous. Mitchell and I slept upstairs and I got a double bed. Mum and dad slept downstairs near the bathroom. Walked into town, wasn't far. Had lunch at an Indonesian restaurant. Cost $100 and wasn't worth it. But i'm really not a fan of Indonesian food anyway. Next morning checked out of the hotel, went for a drive.
Argh I really need my notes to do this properly, because I don't remember where we stayed each night. A map would be really nice actually. We went to Franz Josef which was absolutely fantastic. Spent two nights hanging out there. We climbed the Franz Josef glacier and I climbed it in shorts. The walk took five and a half hours and we didn't get anywhere near to the top of it. I ate glacier ice. lol. The next morning we took a helicopter ride over the glacier to get a proper look at it. Wow. We landed for a couple of minutes at the top and had a walk around. It was weird because it was just so flat and white and big. We got back from the flight at around 9am so we had breakfast and then checked out of the hotel.
Queenstown was nice. I really liked it. We stayed in this newly opened apartment building. It was ridiculous to park and almost impossible to avoid getting lost but it was really fancy with nice views of the lake. Had to drive to get into town. That must have been the 5th of December because I used the internet to enrol there. Had KFC for dinner in the fancy apartment coz I knew that would be weird. Fought with dad but that's nothing out of the ordinary. Were planning on going on the Jet Boats but I fell asleep and the next day the weather was shocking so we just decided to hit the road.
Went back to Christchuch after our fun tour of the south island. Stayed there one night again but at a different place. I remember being quite stroppy (one of my mum's words) that day because Dad kept yelling at mum in the car and then mitchell and I would yell at him and then he would yell at us and we'd all be one happy family. As we are. So anyway, I remember watching 28days on tv and then going out to a club with mitchell that night. I wore my pretty new black dress but no boys came to talk to me because I was there with my brother. I didn't mind though. We just had a drink each and watched the people play pool. It was kinda scary walking home though, we past a prostitute and a drag queen and all these people were yelling out their windows. And we were hoping we didn't get lost on the way home coz it was like a 20minute walk. Mum and Dad were awake when we got home. Lol. They'd been sitting up waiting for us to call and ask them to pick us up. Caring parents. Funny.
Caught the Ferry to Wellington. I slept for some of the trip and tried not to be sick for the rest of it. Ate fish and chips with mum at the end. Watched music videos on tv for the most part. Arriving in Wellington was refreshing. I was kind of homesick in the middle of the holiday but after we got past half way I started to feel better about it all. So Wellington was kind of the turning point. We had planned to stay in wellington that night but hadn't booked any accommodation. On the Ferry dad thought it was a bit far to drive from Wellington to the next place tomorrow so we drove around wellington in circles for a while and the just drove out of the city.
Rotorua smelt terrible. It's the place with all the volcanic action and everything. Had dinner at a Chinese place that was expensive. Mum and dad were running out of cash so I paid for dinner. Nice child aren't I? Spent two nights in Rotorua. Stayed at the Novotel which was nice. Mitchell and I shared a room and mum and dad were next to us. Mitchell and I went swimming in the pool the first night. The next day we went on a Jet Boat (finally!!) down the river and it dropped us at the Geysers and mud pools and stuff and we walked for about an hour, then it took us back home and we did spins and very cool stuff. The driver was really nice and funny and put everyone at ease. I think we rested that afternoon.
Drove from there to Auckland and through Auckland. Stayed at a little town just passed it for the night. Went through a glow worm cave on our way... somewhere...
argh i really need a map to be sure of what we did. Sorry.
Anyway it's nice to talk to you all again. Don't forget to RSVP about my party. I shall be home soon-ish. I am very tired.

my name is wilson
I'm one of those people who prefers to be out the back of the shoe store packing away boxes and ordering shoes rather than serving customers. I'm allergic to nothing and yet
I avoid things that i'm not used to. I fell in love once and to be loved is the most wonderful feeling in the entire world. I hold on to stereotypes of myself from years
ago not realising how much i've changed. I've taken two steps toward being independent but am nowhere near the stage most people are at my age. I crave attention but at
the same time hate getting it. I like my privacy and my space and miss having a big backyard to wander in. I want to do everything but make no effort to do anything
and then complain about it. I love to laugh and to make other people laugh at me. I can't stand being serious or when somebody else is crying and I can't do anything
to make them feel better. I want to be held when I cry. I want to be spoilt and to lie in bed forever with someone who i've given my heart to.
