I had the best day yesterday. Like I woke up @ 7 for my 8:30 lecture, went to that which was exactly as i had expected. I've had the lecturer before and it's really hard to understand her english @ 8:30 in the morning. So anyway I tried my best to stay awake during the class (literally, im not joking). The thing is that even though I was having trouble keeping my eyes open and I was all half sleeping and stuff I paid attention to everything she was saying, my mind didn't go wandering so by the end of the lecture I had actually listened to everything. Woo.
So anyway we got out about 15 minutes early so I went with Silvia to the bookshop to buy her text books. Then she had to lug them all the way back to the bus stop and I went to the Doctor. I was there like half an hour early coz I had nothing to do so I had to wait for like an hour altogether. The waiting wasn't that bad coz it wasn't like I was rushing to anything and I read my GB text book. The book is so hard to read, it just makes me sleepy. But I managed to read a d pay attention to an entire chapter. And when i'd finished I realised that next week I have an essay lecture so that work isn't due till the week after so i've kinda done extra! Yay!
Ran into Rhys in the Doctors (he's my new neighbour), he's very sick, coughing and all that yucky stuff. So we chatted (as much as you do in a waiting room) and then the doctor called me in. That was all good and i was finished at about 11:45. So I walked back to the concourse and it was market day. I saw Jacinta doing the radio stall and Andrew (the guy caitlin met on the pub crawl and who was interested in the radio) chatting to her so I kinda introduced them and chatted to him for a bit. He's a first year but he's older than me. A lot of them are. Blerg. So anyway we had a radio meeting at 12:30 so I couldn't be bothered to go all the way home and come back so I just went behind the stall and chatted to people. I gave away like 8 boxes of free diaries from the UCU and some bags too. And I convinced people to come to the radio party. I met heaps of people doing the stall, people I new dropped in and people that I vaguely knew passed by so I got to meet them a little more which was fantastic.
I left the stall at like 3ish and went back home, had an orange for lunch and half a packet of chips from the bag I took myself. I lay around for a while.
That night everyone was drinking on Rtop. I passed Ricky in the corridoor and he told me that his friend whom I met last week thought I was cute. Even when you're not interested that is quite nice to hear.
So ja. We ended up going to the lighty, i wasn't gonna go coz im responsible and I have class at like 4:30 today. But I changed my mind at the last minute. We ran all the way in the rain trying not to slip over. It was a great bonding exercise. John was a bit late and when he got there he realised that he'd forgotten his wallet so he had to go all the way back and get it. I was kinda hanging out with John, John, Damo, Alicia (now this is gonna get confusing coz I know an Alicia already but this is a different one from Canadia who is here for 6 months. She lives next to little John), Shev, Jeff, Rhys, his girlfriend or friend who is a girl (im not sure which), Joe, Trey, etc.
I wasn't planning on drinking very much... but see it was two for one drinks when we got there so I got two and paid for one, and then lil John got a drink from somewhere (i think he said it was trey's) that he didn't want so I drank that, and then bob bought me a drink against my will, and then I bought myself a red bull blue. So when you only buy two drinks and drink five it gets a little easy to drink too much. Ricky was there with two of his friends, one i'd met before, Pat and another I met that night, Will. They were nice, they were kinda watching Prison Break coz it was on on the big tv. The girls on my floor arrived at like midnightish and we decided to become and awesome fivesome coz we cant think of something cool that rhymes with fivesome. Lol. It was funny coz the boys spent the night kind of competing for Alicia a bit. Hehehe. John left earlier but the rest of us left at like 12:30ish. We sat in Rtop for a while, Alicia made Lil John and I scrambled eggs for a snack and then we pretty much just went to bed. I sent caitlin a message telling her what happened and I thought I was talking fast but I must have been slurring coz I got cut off and had to send a second one. John came down and we chatted for a while while he layd on my floor and sent sms's to kath.
So it doesn't sound like much but I felt so good yesterday, I met people, got to know them, hopefully made a couple of new friends. I don't know why it was such a good day. Maybe coz i did lots of stuff, oh and I watched the new episode of heroes. So yes. That was the first day i've felt good about myself in quite a while. Yay!
Oh and Joe who lives on my floor got arrested at the lighty. Some guy hit him and he wouldn't settle down so the bouncers threw him out and called the cops. When the cops got there he kinda ran away ish but then he mooned them and so they arrested him. I think they hit him too. He's back this morning though, I heard him chatting to someone this morning. It was quite a show.
Oh and im writing less on this blog coz im getting less comments. So if you would like me to write more then comment more. Cheers.

my name is wilson
I'm one of those people who prefers to be out the back of the shoe store packing away boxes and ordering shoes rather than serving customers. I'm allergic to nothing and yet
I avoid things that i'm not used to. I fell in love once and to be loved is the most wonderful feeling in the entire world. I hold on to stereotypes of myself from years
ago not realising how much i've changed. I've taken two steps toward being independent but am nowhere near the stage most people are at my age. I crave attention but at
the same time hate getting it. I like my privacy and my space and miss having a big backyard to wander in. I want to do everything but make no effort to do anything
and then complain about it. I love to laugh and to make other people laugh at me. I can't stand being serious or when somebody else is crying and I can't do anything
to make them feel better. I want to be held when I cry. I want to be spoilt and to lie in bed forever with someone who i've given my heart to.
